Grassroots supporters of Israel are rallying to defend the country from the "assault on its legitimacy" in Britain. The main arenas
are the media, the universities, churches, trade unions, national assemblies and local authorities. Across the UK, Jewish communities
and their friends are forming local volunteer groups to promote Israel's case.
